The 300 Movie Workout
The 300 Movie Workout and I thought those abs in the movie were some computer images.
The routine?
# Twenty-five pull-ups
# Fifty deadlifts with 135 lbs
# Fifty push-ups
# Fifty box jumps (24-inch box)
# Fifty “floor wipers” (a core and shoulders exercise with 135 lbs)
# Fifty “clean and press” with a kettlebell (36 lbs)
# Twenty-five pull-ups yes that’s another Twenty-five !
The total completion number of repetitions when all is done is Three Hundred, this is why the routine name. is 300 .The end challenge is do the whole exerise within just 20 minutes.
I say start it off and do all you can until you able to do the complete 300 workout.

This is interesting…I’d like to know what you would suggest in my situation. My goal is to shed about 15 pounds in the next couple of months. But there are such a huge number of “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and adding muscle?
